  If you read these other reviews, this just goes to reinforce everything everyone else has said, because it’s all 100% true. This is the easiest review I have ever written.

I talked with many realtors before selecting one, and Amy was the one who stood out. Over our many months of working together, she clearly showed that she had my best interests at heart. While I was working under a very limited financial situation, Amy proved it was possible to find a quality house in a highly competitive seller’s market.

Her negotiation skills, attention to detail, and overall ability to navigate the home buying process are noteworthy. She’s quick to respond to texts and able to work around your schedule.

If you don’t know anything about real estate or realtors, you can tell she’s a really good one just by watching how she works.

 Verified I’d like to start off and say Garrett was pretty incredible… 
Lots of things were stacked against me and I’m pretty sure Garrett knew that, but he still stuck it out. House in my price range, in the part of town I wanted and with a garage was impossible. I dragged Garrett to numerous houses over 3 YEARS and we finally landed on one.
I realize now how tough of a client I was, as this was my first house I was buying. Already being terrified by buying my first house, I was constantly trying to make sure I wasn’t being scammed or hustled which made me question everything that was done throughout the whole process. Now that I look back it seems pretty straight forward and feel regret for what I put Garrett and a few others through. He still helps me to this day and always answers when I contact him, which he definitely doesn’t need to do at all!
With all of that said, I won’t be going to anybody else as long as Garrett is a realtor. I can’t recommend him enough! Thanks for everything Garrett!

 Verified We feel that we won the lottery when we found Amy. She went up and beyond the call of duty. She took notes on all the homes we looked at on the things we liked and what we didn't like. They helped her narrow it down to what to look at. Amy was very friendly, professional, patient with us and we could contact her anytime of day and night.  Verified We felt very comfortable and trusting of Amy during our initial visit as she took the time to learn about us prior to viewing properties. During the process of purchasing our first home we felt that we were given valuable information that were both general and specific to each property visited. We never felt overwhelmed or pressured by Amy as viewed various properties. 
In addition to Amy’s knowledge and experience, she provided great resources for us to attain more pertinent information in our area of interests (school district, crime rates, etc) to ensure that we are a fully informed and confident as we purchased our home. We were confident that her during negotiating skills put us in the best position while respecting our price point.
Amy maintained a great line of communication through email, phone call, text messaging, etc. Aside from her great qualities as a realtor, one thing that I came to appreciate was commitment to us along with her passion for her job.  Verified Garrett is a true professional. Purchasing a residence for my son while he is attending ASU. After flying in from out of town, Garrett met us and showed over 25 homes in two days, until we found the best place that suited all our needs and for a good price. Garrett got us over all the obstacles that we faced and we were able to put together the deal with little effort and under extreme time constraints.  Verified I really didn't know how good Garrett was or how much he really did do for my wife and I until we went thru the process of selling our house in another state after purchasing a house with Garretts help. The realtor that we hired came with high recomendations from 2 people, one she had sold a house for and the other that bought a house where she was the listing agent but he used another agent as his to buy a house. He had the feeling that she fought a lot harder for the seller than his agent fought for him. 
Anyway Garrett along with Amys help did a fantastic job for us and I really wish I could have had him as my agent to sell my house in Iowa.
